documents you will need before you can use the minibus for the

Before you can use
the Mini Bus, you will need to obtain a VOSA Section 19
Standard Permit and an application for one of these is
attached. The current cost for one of these is £11.00 and can
take up to 4- |

This agreement must be completed by the Club/Organisation and returned to Lechlade Lions before first use of the Minibus. |
